Shades of Blue is Cascade’s jazz choir.  Students are admitted into Shades of Blue by audition and must have completed one year in concert choir before trying out.  Shades of Blue sing both jazz repertoire as well as college prep material.  It is a good balance of both.  In the past Shades of Blue has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival in Moscow, Idaho, as well as local venues.
