Vision Goal 1-2020

We are a premier Christian school system recognized nationally for a superior Educational Model process based on biblical worldview training, leadership development, spiritual formation, personal and social maturity, and academic excellence.


Initiative 1-1: By June 2013, the continuous student-centric educational system is operational.

2011-2012 Annual Goals for initiative 1-1:

  • By March 2012, the student-centric growth system enacted through IMPACT Learning Teams is operational.

  • By June 2012, the Early Learning through 12th grade Portfolio Assessment System based on the CCS Educational Model (IMPACT Leadership, Academics, Spiritual Formation (Biblical Worldview Integration) and Personal/Social (PBS)) is ready for implementation.
     
  • By June 2012, the Pre-K through 2nd grade, and 5th through 8th grade student essential learning standards (educational seamless transitions) are established.
     
  • By June 2012, CCS Online is connected to the student continuous educational system.

Initiative 1-2: By June 2013, the IMPACT Leadership program is operational.

2011-2012 Annual goals for initiative 1-2:

  • IMPACT Leadership Core Subject
    By May 2012, the 5th and 6th IMPACT Leadership grade-level student learning objectives are completed.

     
  • IMPACT Leadership Application
    By May 2012, the 6th grade IMPACT Leadership Program is fully developed.

     
  • IMPACT Leadership Adult Training and IMPACT Leadership Coach Training
    By May 2012, 5th through 12th grade teachers coach a team of students in a Team Maximum IMPACT Leadership Plan.

     
  • IMPACT Leadership Assessment
    By June 2012, we have developed the assessment system for IMPACT Leadership core subject, IMPACT Leadership application, and Team Maximum IMPACT Leadership Plans.

     
  • IMPACT Leadership and Culminating Projects
    By May 2012, we have developed the culminating project plan based on an individual Maximum IMPACT Leadership Plan for grades 6, 8, and 12.
