Dedicated to Developing Discerning Leaders

Oh friends, are we really at the end of the year? It seems like only yesterday that we were working against all odds to find a way to meet in person! Can you believe the things that we’ve overcome together this year? I still can’t wrap my brain around the focus of the 2020-2021 spiritual theme, LIVING FREE. Ha! Praise God for HIS infinite wisdom in leading us in this direction. While there were so many moments that we felt powerless, God reminded us that He is the ultimate authority and helped us overcome doubt and fear. In those moments that we felt anxiety and stress (which was often for some of us), God showed himself faithful and mighty to increase our faith. When we felt divided, God gave us the grace to overcome pride and lovingly choose humility with one another. We have been afforded so many moments this year to learn to LIVE FREE. Let us not forget as we continue to say, “Thus far the Lord has helped us”
(1 Samuel 7:12, NIV).
