What an amazing month we have had academically here at Frederickson!
We were able to celebrate all our 2nd quarter honors in person during our Honors Chapel, and I cannot tell you enough how proud I am of all our students! They have all been working hard toward their academic goals while pursuing Christlike behavior—and it shows! Seeing all the excitement from our parents and students alike, I was truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing event.
Following this event, we celebrated our 3Rs by having our principal privilege lunch. Students who received 3Rs throughout the 2nd quarter were placed in a drawing to have a pizza party with the principal. We love to honor our students and celebrate their great choices in respect, responsibility, and relationships!
Another highlight of our month was the wonderful turnout for our Kids Heart Challenge. We partnered with the American Heart Association to learn about heart health and participate in physical activities. Our families were able to raise donations to support this amazing organization. And guess what ... we are the highest KHC fundraising school in the state of Washington! Way to go!
