It’s that time of the year again when we have the opportunity to welcome our amazing students back into the classroom for the first day of school! We cannot wait to see all their smiling faces!  

This year we have the privilege of introducing our spiritual theme Seek God for the 2023-2024 school year as we do a deep dive into Psalm 27:4: 

 
One thing I ask from the Lord, 
this only do I seek: 
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord 
all the days of my life, 
to gaze on the beauty of the Lord 
and to seek him in his temple.

In preparation for this year’s spiritual theme, our staff members have been praying for the Lord to guide them as they prepare to teach our students what it means to gaze, dwell, and seek God in every aspect of our lives. As part of our spiritual formation pillar, teachers will instruct from a biblical worldview with the goal that all students will continue to develop into discerning leaders who have a positive impact on those around them for the kingdom of God.  

You will also notice new spiritual theme banners in the classrooms and office when you step onto campus as we look to immerse ourselves in this new theme for the upcoming year. Chapels will be held on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. in the auditorium, where the spiritual theme will be brought to life through worship, prayer, and a Christ-centered message that will provide real-life application. Parents are invited to attend any of these chapels! On the last Wednesday of each month in lieu of chapel, our 6th graders will lead our K-5th grade students through a Bible lesson and activity in small groups to develop deeper connections.  

We are asking for you to come alongside us and pray over our families, staff, and students, that they would experience growth and understanding as they learn to SEEK GOD in their personal walk with the Lord.
