We are excited to invite you to our next event for parents: Gospel Tech. This free event is brought to you by our very own alumnus Nathan Sutherland.
Monday, November 8, 6:00–7:30 p.m.
at Motion Church | Puyallup Elementary Campus
As parents, we are overwhelmed with tech. It is embedded into the fabric of everyday life: work, school, relaxation, and play.
It’s an amazing resource, except when it’s not. But there is hope! By connecting the gospel to our tech, we can address even the toughest issues.
In this workshop, we will learn how the gospel, and modern research, informs our decisions on major questions we have as parents:
Come learn how to fight for your family, not just with them, when it comes to tech. Together we can raise healthy youth in a tech world.
Nathan Sutherland and Gospel Tech:
Nathan and his wife, Anna, left their jobs as teachers to start the nonprofit Gospel Tech to help kids and families reach their full potential. Over the past two years, their focus has been on creating content and resources aimed at helping families connect their tech use with the gospel. Together, they share the passion of seeing families set free and are committed to proclaiming the good news of Jesus. Nathan is a graduate of CCS (Class of 2001). He and Anna, who have been married for nearly 15 years, are proud parents to Owen, Henry, and Hadley. Owen and Henry are currently enrolled at our McAlder Elementary Campus.
