We are so excited about Spiritual Emphasis Week (SEW), which started this Monday. Our staff has been spending time in prayer for our students and our school, asking that God would use opportunities and experiences to do what only He can do: reveal His grace, grow our faith, and remind us of the goodness of the gospel!

Spiritual Emphasis Week is one of these opportunities we pray has a great impact on our students. The purpose of SEW is for our campus to set aside intentional time for renewal as we focus on God's purposes for us this second semester. 

The week will be focused on growing in faith, hope, and love as we dive deeper into what it means to live with UNSHAKEABLE HOPE. The following activities will allow us these opportunities:

• Monday: Extended announcements to discuss the purpose of SEW and an all-school prayer, led by both principals
• Tuesday: Prayer in every class period, and an optional guided prayer in PAC during advisory period (open to all 7-12 students), led by our HS Spiritual Disciplines class
• Wednesday: All-school (grades 6-12) extended worship service with guest worship team and speaker and an extended response/reflection time for students
• Thursday: Advisory self-reflection lesson that focuses on hope, allows students to debrief chapel, and generates specific questions to be answered during our Q&A the following day
• Friday: Half-day special schedule rotation that includes extended worship time, Q&A with chapel speaker, I-Term planning, and fun/games

Please join us in praying that this is an impactful week for our campus!

We are also getting excited about I-Term week at the end of this month. I-Term stands for IMPACT Term and is an opportunity for our students to experience putting faith in action through service, both locally and around the globe. 

I hope this verse, which is both a prayer and promise, brings you encouragement and great hope today!

We are also looking forward to our annual IMPACT Auction this month and praying for God to do BIG things as we continue to raise funds for more classrooms and athletic facilities to be built. We hope you join us on March 19th!
