Greetings, Cougar Community!
What a great opportunity to remember Martin Luther King Jr. in our classrooms, chapels, and assemblies this week! We are reminded that our freedom first comes from Christ and His willing, atoning sacrifice, so that ALL GOD’S PEOPLE might walk in freedom and liberty.
When we fully embrace this truth, then we yearn to see those created in God’s own image experience the beauty of honor, esteem, worth, and freedom. It’s then that we can fully appreciate and celebrate the unique differences that make each one SPECIAL:
S – Socially
P – Physically
E – Economically
C – Culturally
I – Individually
A – Academically
L – Linguistically
Oh, that we would learn to see and love others in such a way! What a beautiful world that would be.
