    Cascade Christian PELC Features:

    We provide options for working families as well as for those families desiring an early learning program for their child but not needing all-day care.

    Our full-day programs (available 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and part-day programs all focus on preparing your child for kindergarten!

    Infant & Toddler Program

    For ages 6 weeks to 3 years old
    Full-day and full-day plus options available

    Kindergarten Prep 3s/4s

    For ages 3 to 4½ (potty-trained)
    Morning, afternoon, and full-day options available

    Kindergarten Prep 4s/5s

    For ages 4½ to 5 (potty-trained) and entering kindergarten the next fall
    Morning, afternoon, and full-day options available

    Note: To enter kindergarten, the student must be five years old before September 1. Cascade Christian's early learning students must pass CCS outcome evaluations to be considered for advancement to the next grade level. All students new to CCS will be assessed for kindergarten readiness in the areas of social-emotional, physical, language, cognitive, literacy, and mathematics. A trained assessor uses Readiness Assessment Tools to assess the child’s developmental maturity by comparing the child’s results with a national norming study of children of the same age, in the key developmental areas.

    Children may be dropped off no earlier than five minutes before class begins, to allow for the teacher’s class preparation time.

    Kindergarten Prep 3s/4s

    3 days (Mon-Wed) 8:40-11:25 a.m.

    4 days (Mon-Thur) 8:40-11:25 a.m.

    PM Class Options

    3 days (Mon-Wed) 12:45-3:30 p.m.

    4 days (Mon-Thur) 12:45-3:30 p.m.

    Kindergarten Prep 4s/5s

    (ages 4½ to 5, preparing to enter kindergarten the next fall)

    AM Class Options

    4 days (Mon-Thur) 8:40-11:25 a.m.

    5 days (Mon-Fri) 8:40-11:25 a.m.

    PM Class Options

    4 days (Mon-Thur) 12:45-3:30 p.m.

    Cougar Prep: Early Learning Enrichments

    Cougar Prep offers quarterly enrichment classes at the Puyallup, McAlder, and Frederickson Early Learning Centers. Classes run for 6-8 weeks, and registration is all online. For a current list of class options and to register, please click the button below.
