Making Room for Growth is a multimillion-dollar capital campaign dedicated to creating enough space for students to attend Cascade Christian Schools. Through this expansion, we are ensuring that every student has the space they need to learn, develop, and thrive.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we successfully built a junior high gymnasium in 2020 for $5.1 million. In 2024, we celebrated another milestone—the completion of a two-story classroom wing for $9.5 million, designed to accommodate up to 270 junior high students. An additional classroom wing is planned for future enrollment growth.
In 2025, we added 14 modular classrooms as well as offices, restrooms, and library/technology spaces for our Puyallup Elementary students. Costing roughly $4 million, Classrooms for Kids included site work and relocation costs and is now providing learning spaces for 325 students in grades K–6.
Pioneer Campus is full and flourishing, supporting more than 1,000 students and hosting the District Office, which creates the need for more space for additional facilities and parking. To accommodate this growth, efforts are being made to acquire adjacent properties for future development.
Making Room for Growth also supports the outdoor athletic needs of CCS students. Our current outdoor athletic programs and summer camps serve over 1,500 student-athletes in preschool through grade 12. Every program is growing and needs safe athletic spaces to give student-athletes an excellent experience.

To meet this need, we’ve developed Fields of Dreams, which is a multiphase approach to the outdoor athletic component of CCS’s Making Room for Growth campaign. Located on the east side of Pioneer Campus, the 493,000-square-foot athletic complex will include artificial turf playing fields, an 8-lane synthetic rubber track, scoreboards, an elevated golf green, lights, tennis courts, restrooms, concessions, storage, and covered stadium-style seating.
In 2025, we were able to take the first step by installing lighting and scoreboards on the baseball and fastpitch fields, along with two lights on the football/soccer field. With your support, the completion of lighting and a scoreboard for the football/soccer field can be installed this summer.
Completing this groundbreaking first phase brings us one step closer to a fully upgraded football/soccer field with synthetic turf and a rubberized track. To make that vision a reality, the funds needed for the next phase are estimated to be $4 million.
