Elementary Athletics has started off the year with a bang! In 2021, we hosted our first soccer season and had a total of 14 teams. This season, we almost doubled that number by hosting 27 teams. We have a total of 244 Cougars playing soccer this fall—that is KPrep through 6th grade! This is the largest sports participation we have ever had at Cascade Christian Schools’ elementary level. Aside from the school record, the 2022 soccer season also marks the first official season of the new Elementary Nisqually League (ENL); Cascade Christian’s JH/HS participate in the secondary level of the Nisqually League. The ENL is a joint partnership between Cascade Christian Schools, Charles Wright, Annie Wright, and Life Christian.

We are also proud of the 11 cross country runners who have been competing this fall. While our team may be small, our athletes have been consistently some of the top runners in their divisions. Their final meet took place this past Sunday at Charles Wright Academy, where they finished a great season.

With fall sports coming to an end, we are already looking ahead to basketball season. The ENL is open to athletes in kindergarten through 6th grade. In addition to the ENL, we are offering an additional select option for 3rd through 6th grade students.
