Frederickson Campus Community,

Today I am reminded of what a magnificent team we have here at our Frederickson campus and how grateful I am for all they do to serve our school community. We have a dynamic office team who ensures that our school runs smoothly. Kelley Rochon and Amanda Cunningham are indispensable to our school, handling everything from answering phones and greeting parents in the morning to supporting teachers and, most importantly, taking care of students. Without them, our school would not function nearly as well. They create a positive experience for all who come through our doors.

Our recess team is also an essential component of our school. We began the year with RaeLynn Zaharevich and Lydia Raab, who have done outstanding work with our students over the last several years. When both were called to different roles at CCS, we were blessed to have two other fabulous individuals take the baton. Both Whitney Wolford and Dawn Billiot have stepped in seamlessly to continue loving our students well by teaching them how to be a good friend while having fun. We are thankful for all that you do!  

In our early learning center, Sara Bond is vital in supporting our director, Kristi Lewis, as these two do such a wonderful job loving on our little ones. Sara has worn multiple hats in her time at Cascade Christian, and her incredible skill set has been a gift to both the elementary and early learning teams over the years. We can’t imagine what it would be like without you, Sara!  

For Cougar Club, we are blessed with superb individuals who love Jesus and love kids! Rain or shine, Mrs. Hedy and her team come ready to serve our families who need that extra care before or after school. Students have the opportunity to hear devotions, learn new arts and crafts, and participate in fun activities and after-school clubs, all while being kept safe in a nurturing environment. We are thankful for Cougar Club and the many ways it blesses our community!

A school is not complete without a hard-working and talented kitchen team, and we are blessed to have the dynamic duo of Lisa and Hannah Vance serving up the most delicious lunches to our student body daily. This mother-daughter combination works extremely well together, and our students consistently comment on how much they enjoy our school lunches year in and year out.  

Lastly, we want to give a huge shout-out to all our VSO (Veterans Security Operations) security guards who serve our campus by ensuring that our kiddos are always safe and protected. You have all done an outstanding job in building relationships with our students and giving both our parents and staff peace of mind that a safe school is a top priority here at CCS. Thank you for your bravery and heart for service!  

We also cannot say enough about all our amazing teachers, teacher assistants, specialists, and student support team, but their week of honor is coming up soon.

They say it takes a village, and what a village we have here at Frederickson! We are truly better together, and we are delighted by the team that the Lord has orchestrated here at our campus!
