It has been an exciting and busy few weeks at Cascade Christian’s junior high and high school! On September 30, we had an amazing day setting the spiritual theme at our annual youth conference at Black Diamond.  
 

The next week, we jumped headfirst into all things Homecoming! With this year’s Homecoming theme of “Cloud Nine,” our Homecoming dance was held October 8 at Point Ruston’s Silver Cloud Hotel. We ate great food, danced the night away, and enjoyed a beautiful, sunny evening with gorgeous views of the Puget Sound.  
 

That next week was Spirit Week, and students had a blast participating in all the dress-up days. We crowned Homecoming King Cade Sando and Queen Jessie Khauv at our coronation. And we finished out the week with our powder-puff games. Juniors took home the championship this year!  
 

Lastly, we were able to honor our royal court one last time on October 15 at Sunset Stadium. Unfortunately, only half of that night’s soccer game got to be played because of the unhealthy air quality; and the football game had to be canceled but was rescheduled and played Monday this week. Cougars took home the win!  

Another exciting Homecoming season is in the books!
