Minecraft Club - Grades K–2 and K–3
Does your child enjoy playing Minecraft? Minecraft: Education Edition is built on top of the regular Minecraft game and includes additional features to teach kids coding and other STEM skills. It promotes creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving in an immersive environment, where the only limit is imagination! We are offering a six-week Minecraft Club where students can learn through Minecraft: Education Edition and unleash their creativity through other fun activities.

In this fun and hands-on course, students will learn the fundamentals of programming by building their very own Pokémon battle game. Each week, they’ll learn new concepts through relatable examples and creative challenges. By the end, they’ll have a working game they can play—and continue to improve upon!
What They’ll Learn:- How to write and understand simple code
- How to create characters, battles, and actions
- How to organize game logic
- How to build simple visual interfaces
- How to problem-solve and think like a coder

Come and join us for our sweet adventures walking group. We will be walking from Pioneer Campus to Starbucks for a sweet treat, to Baskin Robbins for a scoop of ice cream, and to Gravity Coffee for a kid’s drink. An extra permission slip will be needed.

100 Mile Club is a nationally recognized after-school program that supports the prevention of childhood inactivity and obesity. Students enrolled in this program are challenged to reach personal running goals while growing their social skills and building relationships. Students will receive monthly awards for miles logged each month and will each have the goal of reaching 100 miles by the end of the school year. Join us on the field!

Promote academic success with personalized one-on-one coaching/tutoring. This year's Coaching/Tutoring classes are available at McAlder and Pioneer Campuses. Our professional tutors offer 1-hour or ½-hour sessions that are conveniently scheduled to meet the needs of the family. This enrichment is billed through your FACTS account. Tutoring/Coaching days and times will be determined by the tutor/coach and parent.
Grades K–2: $34 per ½-hour session (if enrolled in Cougar Club) or $38 per ½-hour session (if NOT enrolled in Cougar Club)

Ballet Bees (Grades K–3)

Aspiring artists will be introduced to a variety of art styles that will allow them to express their creativity and explore the gifts God has given them. Using an interactive approach, students will explore the art of painting, drawing, and modeling as they create their own individual masterpieces. They will also learn about the world’s most influential artists.
