What a joy and privilege it was to share the message of Easter with our McAlder family. We recalled the incredible sacrifice Jesus made on the cross, giving His life to pay the ultimate price for us. And we celebrated that Friday was truly good—because Jesus did not remain in the grave. He rose again on Sunday morning. Jesus is our Savior and Redeemer, and through His sacrifice, we are given the gift of eternal life with Him. What a wonderful hope we have!
In the days leading up to spring break, our teachers thoughtfully engaged students in learning about the truth of Jesus’s death and resurrection through meaningful lessons and activities. We also gathered in chapel, where Mrs. Blocher shared a message celebrating Jesus’s sacrifice and victory over the grave. It is always a blessing to point our students toward the Lord and His truth.
I hope you had time over spring break, Good Friday, and Easter to pause, reflect on all God has done, and rejoice in the truth that Christ is risen—just as He said!
We are also excited to be celebrating Administrative and After-School Professionals Week. We are deeply grateful for our front office team—Alicia Cruz, Emily De La Torre, and Kylee Mine. They serve with kindness, compassion, and remarkable organization, keeping our school running smoothly each day. Whether answering phones, supporting students, coordinating schedules, or welcoming families with smiles, their impact is felt in countless ways. We are so thankful for each of them.

We are also grateful for our campus enrollment manager, Alex Kesler. Alex has a special gift for connecting with prospective families and helping them feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors. Her attention to detail, care for others, and positive spirit make a lasting impression, and we are truly thankful for her dedication.
In addition, we appreciate Amy Hoenhous, our wonderful recreation site coordinator. After joining Cougar Club in the fall of 2024, Amy stepped into her current role in February and has been a tremendous blessing. She builds meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff, and brings joy and creativity to the activities she plans. Together, Amy and her team create a nurturing and fun environment where our students feel known and cared for. We are so grateful for their daily impact.
