The purpose of our Creative Arts Program is for students
to fulfill their passion and purpose before God
through their creative uniqueness.
The CCS Creative Arts Program provides opportunities for students to explore, develop, and demonstrate their God-given creative potential.
Students are offered various band, instrumental, and choir opportunities at all levels—elementary, junior high, and high school.
Our after-school theatre program offers performance, technical, and creative opportunities for junior high and high school students. They present three full productions each school year.
Through our visual arts department, our students are exposed to a variety of art styles and mediums. They are provided opportunities in drawing and painting (digital, watercolor, acrylic), mixed media art, studio art, photography, and yearbook.
We also have the unique opportunity at Cascade Christian to teach our junior high and high school students how to use a full audio console for a live band and how to run stage lighting as well as projection for a full church service. They get real hands-on training and experience in class as well as through supporting and producing our weekly chapels.
We are excited to invite you to our JH/HS theatre production of Godspell JR. on May 19-21! This is the final theatre production of the school year, and we are so proud of how hard our students have worked on this performance!
Godspell JR. depicts a group of Jesus’ disciples sharing moments from His life in both comedic and moving ways. This performance is a colorful array of storytelling, singing, and dancing that highlights Jesus’ love and the community His followers formed.
Our theatre students will be performing Godspell JR. in the CCHS Forum Deo Gloria (PAC) on
Tickets will not be for sale at the door and can be pre-purchased here only. Concessions will be sold for cash only.
