Practices start the week of September 8, 2024. Meets take place on Sunday afternoons. See below for the 2024 season meet dates.

- 1st/2nd Grade Boys/Girls | .5 Mile
- 3rd/4th Boys/Girls | 1 Mile
- 5th/6th Boys/Girls | 1 Mile
Practices
Practices will be held at the Frederickson and McAlder Campuses.
Meets
Meets are held at local parks and schools, and will tentatively take place on the following Sundays:
