Season
Practices start the week of September 18, 2023. Meets take place on Sunday afternoons. See below for the 2023 season meet dates.

$60 (includes uniform top)

- Kindergarten (Coed) | .25 Mile
- 1st/2nd Grade Boys/Girls | .5 Mile
- 3rd/4th Boys/Girls | 1 Mile
- 5th/6th Boys/Girls | 1 Mile
Practices
Practices will be held at the Frederickson and McAlder Campuses beginning the week of September 18, 2023.
Meets
Meets are held at local parks and schools, and will take place on the following Sundays:

- October 15
- October 22
