CCS Flag Football (Grades K–6)

Our flag football program provides athletes a fun way to learn strategy, teamwork, and skill development in a positive environment.

2026 Season

Registration for the 2025 Flag Football Season is closed. Registration for the 2026 Flag Football season will open in late February — early March.

Season: Season begins in the week after spring break and ends in early June. There is a pause for Memorial Day weekend. Format is 5v5. 

League: The Elementary Nisqually League (ENL) is an elementary league for students in kindergarten through grade 6. The participating member schools are many of the same schools that makeup the Nisqually League at the junior high and high school level.

Games: Games are played on the following Saturdays (schedule subject to change):

• April 18, 2026
• April 25, 2026
• May 2, 2026
• May 9, 2026
• May 16, 2026
• May 30, 2026
• June 6, 2026 - Playoffs

Teams will play both home and away games. Home games will be played at the McAlder Campus.

Practices: Practices are held at the McAlder Campus for Puyallup and McAlder teams. Frederickson teams will practice at the Frederickson Campus. Please note: some teams may be mixed campus teams, so some travel should be expected. Days and times to be determined. There will be 1–2 practices per week.

Divisions:

• Coed Kindergarten
• Coed Grades 1-2
• Coed Grades 3-4
• Coed Grades 5-6

Cost: Grades K–6: $130 (Jersey is included.)

Equipment Needed:

• Tennis shoes or cleats (no metal studs)
• Shorts or pants with no pockets
• Mouthguard (required)
• Water bottle
• Weather-appropriate clothing
